All orders placed on www.ros-studio.com are shipped via DHL Express or equivalent carrier.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination. For European Union countries the cost is €10.00. For the Rest of the World the shipping cost is €50.00. Currency conversion is automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country.

Delivery times are 2–6 working days within the European Union and the Rest of the World. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days from the order date. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and we are not responsible for any delays once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.

You will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return please contact us at contact@ros-studio.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 working days to the original payment method.
